Founded by Caitlin Hein in 2019, Garbage Tale Vintage is a vintage clothing business in downtown Rapid City.  Caitlin started as an online business and opened a brick and mortar in February of 2022.  Caitlin was brought up on Rosebud reservation where her grandparents took her thrifting every weekend where she grew her love for vintage.  Caitlin promotes environmentalism and sustainability by sourcing and selling locally.
